NLMK Group ranks among best Russian employers according to Forbes and RBC
NLMK Group was awarded the highest tier in two leading ratings of Russian employers. The Company has received the Platinum status from Forbes for the third time and ranked in the leading tier of employers according to RBC for the second time.
Experts appreciated the sustained development of NLMK’s social programmes and investments in the growth and well-being of employees. By actively introducing cutting-edge technologies, NLMK has implemented a completely paperless document flow, advanced HR processes, and an effective communications platform.
This year saw the launch of new career centres in the cities where the Group operates. The centres help find suitable employment opportunities with NLMK and help with adaptation, training and skill development.
